If Pelago was not affiliated with Singapore Airlines, I would have thought I have been scammed by now. I have booked for 2 persons Bauhinia dinner cruise in Hong Kong. Booking ID PG48446341. I went to register at North Point pier and my booking was not honoured by operator! The operator claims that pelago did not make the booking for us and did not pay them. So I missed the dinner cruise. I have lodged a complaint with pelago via their website and no reply thus far for the refund. Very disappointing. I am still waiting for reply from pelago for refund.
