The park abides by the management regulations formulated by the management company.
The monitoring system of the park is in operation.
No animals are allowed in the park.
Queue jumping is prohibited. Tourists are not allowed to reserve a seat for others when queuing, and must re-queue after leaving the queue halfway.
All visitors are responsible for taking care of their belongings.
Smoking, spitting and littering are prohibited. It is forbidden to eat outside the designated dining area in the hall.
Do not carry out any political activities or any activities that disturb the peace and order in the museum.
Photos and videos taken on-site are for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed without the permission of the park. When visitors enter the park, they agree that the management company will take and use photos or images of tourists for education or promotion.
Visitors entering the park must take good care of their children and the elderly around them at all times.
Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or over.
Visitors entering the park are not allowed to run, play or sit, nor stand on the fence.
Tickets are non-refundable and valid only on specified dates and during specified periods. Resale is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the park.
Visitors entering other areas of the park must abide by the rules and regulations of the area.
In extreme weather conditions, if there is a torrential rain or a typhoon of level 8 or above, we will close the park. According to the follow-up alert notification, the museum will reopen within two hours after the alert level is lowered or lifted.
Visitors who enter the park directly or indirectly have accidents or loss of valuables during the use of amusement facilities, resulting in property damage or economic loss and claiming compensation from the museum. In this regard, the museum does not accept.
All visitors entering the park must abide by the rules and regulations issued by the park or amended from time to time. Any impolite and uncivilized behavior is prohibited. If there is a violation, the park has the right to ask him to leave and no refund will be given.
The management company will revise the rules and regulations of the park from time to time, and decide to temporarily adjust the operating hours of the entire park or some areas, limit the number of people entering the park, extend or cancel any entertainment programs according to the number of passengers in the park, bad weather conditions or special event arrangements.
All rules and regulations apply and are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The ocean play area only accepts children aged 0-6. The management company reserves the right to ask any visitor over the age of 6 to leave the playing field.
Considering the passenger capacity and safety, the management company has the right to refuse tourists to enter the marine recreation area.
During peak hours, only one adult can accompany children inside.
All visitors must wear socks (both adults and children).
All visitors must sanitize their hands and wear masks before entering the venue.
It is not the responsibility of managing company employees to supervise children. Parents/guardians must assume full supervision responsibility for their children.
The management company reserves the right to charge parents/guardians a reasonable cleaning fee for children who vomit or excrete in the Ocean Play Area.
The VR/MR activity area is recommended for visitors aged 12 and above. If visitors under the age of 12 want to participate in the experience, they must be accompanied and permitted by their parents/guardians.
All tourists must follow the instructions of the staff of the management company. If the tourists do not follow the instructions, the management company has the right to ask them to leave the area.
Visitors may experience dizziness or nausea during the experience. Just raise your hand to signal to the staff, sit back and relax. Staff will provide instructions.
All visitors must weigh the risks involved in participating in the experience and are solely responsible for doing so.
All VR&MR equipment belongs to the park, and visitors are not allowed to take it away.
All visitors are only allowed to eat or drink food and beverages purchased at the park. Babies can eat their own baby food.
To ensure the safety and comfort of other visitors, alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the park.
The dining location is located in the Cube O Cafe canteen (inside the non-jellyfish area).
You can play in Ocean Paradise for a limited time and enjoy catering services of the same value.
Catering services need to be charged at the regular price plus 10% service charge.
