The cherry blossoms for Blossom Festival 2024 are expected to bloom between the 16th September and 6th October. We anticipate tickets for this years event will go on sale in early August. Pelago, in partnership with Singapore Airlines, will be sponsoring a prize to experience the magic of the Cherry Blossoms in Japan next year. Book your tickets via Pelago for additional entries into the draw. Further information and terms and conditions will be made available when tickets go on sale.

You are recommend to wear closed-toe comfortable shoes as you will be walking on uneven ground amongst the cherry trees.

What cherry varieties are there?
CherryHill grows over 40 varieties of cherries. Some of our favourites include Royal Dawn, Regina, Nordwunder, Sylvia, Bing and Sweet Georgia. Our cherries are grown across the Yarra Valley, Murray Valley, Goulburn Valley and the Victorian High Country regions, so the availability of each variety will depend on the growing location and seasonal timings. Every box of CherryHill cherries contains delicious varieties that have been picked at the perfect time to be sweet, plump, and juicy.
What activities are available at the Blossom Festival?
Visitors can enjoy activities such as cherry blossom viewing, picnicking under the trees, photography sessions, and guided orchard tours.
Does CherryHill sell tickets at the gate?
No, as of 2020 all tickets must be purchased online prior to attending any of our events. This allows us to control guest numbers to ensure the safety and quality of experience for anybody attending CherryHill.
Are there food and drinks available at the Blossom Festival?
Yes, there are food and drink stalls available at the festival offering a variety of snacks, drinks, and cherry-themed treats.
Can I bring my pet to the Blossom Festival?
With the exception of ‘Furry friends at Blossom‘, we do not permit animals into our orchard. However, we do allow assistance animals on our site as they are highly trained and governed under the Disability Discrimination Act.
Do you have quiet or low sensory areas?
Yes, there are some quiet areas throughout the orchard that guests can access if they need to, please just ask a member of our friendly team for assistance. We highly recommend that guests with sensory needs visit us during the week, as the orchards are less congested and much more peaceful during these times. It is important to note that weekends are exceptionally busy periods.
How to get to CherryHill Orchards?
CherryHill Orchards is located at Coldstream, Yarra Valley, 739 Maroondah Highway, Coldstream, VIC, 3770.

Getting to CherryHill Orchards by car:
Located approximately 1 hour away from Melbourne’s CBD. When you reach our orchard, look for the big red CherryHill signs on either side of our driveway. Keep following the signs to our customer carpark when you enter our driveway.

Getting to CherryHill Orchards by Train:
To get here by train you will need to catch the Lilydale line to Lilydale. Once at Lilydale you will need to arrange a taxi to get you to our orchard which is about 20 minutes away. 13CABS are the taxis used in the area and we strongly recommend you arrange with them when you would like a return journey back to the train station. Alternatively there are a few UBER drivers around the area which can make the journey cheaper.

Getting to CherryHill Orchards by Bus:
Unfortunately the buses do not reach the gates of our orchard. The closest bus stop to our orchard is Lilydale which is approximately 15 km away from us. We do not recommend walking from the bus stop. It is best to call a taxi or book an UBER.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes we have free on-site parking and pick up / drop off areas, near the main entrance.
