You agree to provide a copy of your passport, a selfie with your passport, type of phone and a photo of the IMEI number (Dial *#06# on your phone to get the IMEI number) for the activation process at least 2 days before arrival by contacting the Operator through email/phone: trip.gotik.id@gmail.com/+6287860903234.
If there is a problem on the sim card activation, operator will give you different SIM card package with same amount or upgrade to higher quota.
The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day.
SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport.
If you find any difficulties in using your SIM Card, please restart your phone first and if the problem still occurs, please call the contact number listed on your voucher.

The lounge opens everyday from 6:00 AM – 11:55 PM, except on Balinese Silent Day (Nyepi)
