- Open-dated tickets are valid for any date and ferry schedule, provided that seats are available. Booking must be made with a passport that has a validity of at least 6 months. Please ensure that your visa status allows entry to Indonesia from Singapore.
- Seats are subject to availability. No refunds or cancellations will be provided for no-shows or missed ferries.
- All guests are entitled to 20kg of check-in baggage.
- Please note that Singapore (GMT+8) is 1 hour ahead of Batam (GMT+7).
