Now a large industrial kitchen, enjoy a small group hands-on experience outta-the-ol'-home. At this workshop, learn how to handle live crabs, operate complex kitchen equipment, and pick up the skill of wok hei - the breath of the wok that gives dishes a distinct, smoky flavour.
